The City of Laredo will be holding a public hearing for all citizens at the City Council meeting on Tuesday, February 22, 2005, beginning at 5:30 p.m., to propose an amendment to the Code of Ordinances to require a solid waste franchise agreement or self hauler permit from all persons and businesses that transport solid waste on city streets. This is an opportunity for all interested people to speak for or against this proposed change.
