No community project is complete without Community Leaders; it took companies with a vision of a better future for Corpus Christi to make this community portal a reality. The Founding Sponsors provide the Community Calendar as a free resource to the citizens.

ClearSource began offering bundled broadband services - telephone, data, and cable - to the Corpus Christi community in 2000. Since the beginning, ClearSource and its employees have been involved in the community. Our employees donate their time, talent and personal contributions by mentoring at various schools, adopting families during the holidays, in addition to participating in the Texas Scholars and the Coastal Bend Tech Prep program. Throughout the year, ClearSource is involved with various community activities, including Bayfest, which support the non-profits in Corpus Christi.

LandLord Resources, LLC. is a commercial property management and development company which works exclusively with properties owned by a small group of affiliates. We manage a mixed portfolio of over 400,000 square feet of shopping center, office, and apartment property at seven locations in Corpus Christi.

Since we are effectively "owner-managers" and operate in our own home town, we can achieve a clarity of purpose which is becoming less and less common in a world of remote control and diffuse responsibility: LandLord Resources works creatively and responsibly to make a visible difference in our community.

Because of this commitment to community, family members are involved in the PDAP walk in Kingsville, KEDT - Channel 16 Auction, Operation Paintbrush, and Special Olympics, to name a few. Local schools, churches, and sports teams are common partners and we embrace the opportunity to work together to benefit the community. The goals of the Corpus Christi Daily /Community Calendar are to provide a one-stop source that lists events in our community and create awareness of those events. The Port Industries of Corpus Christi is an association of 13 port-related companies and was founded in 1953. These Industries manufacture a wide variety of commercial products including gasoline, jet and diesel fuels as well as the base materials used in the production of pharmaceuticals, plastic resins, aluminum, polyester and paint.

The member companies work to promote the health, safety and economic well being of employees and residents of the Coastal Bend.
